Welcome to Certified Transmission of Miramar, conviently located on Miramar Road in San Diego.
We have heavily invested the right equipment that allows us to swiftly perform our jobs. The right equipment also
allows us to diagnose, service and repair your vehicles expertly.
When considering whether you need a Factory Remanufactured Transmission, a Rebuilt Transmission, or a Used transmission
we have it all with a nationwide warranty too. Because we have a huge inventory, we can repair, rebuild,and replace
most transmissions quickly.
We are automatic transmission troubleshooting experts. Many so-called automatic transmission problems are not transmission
problems at all. A faulty computer chip, an intermittent "prndl" switch (park-reverse-neutral0-drive-low),
a leaking vacuum line, and many other seemingly unrelated problems mights be diagnosed as a
transmission problem by others.

Dan was born and raised in San Diego and has been in the automotive repair business since 1979. Dan opened Miramar
76 in 1989, focusing on customer service and quality auto repairs. Dan is proud to be a part of the certified transmission
family. A company and a product that he truly believes in.

Chase Klivickis,
Lube Technician/General Technician
Originally from Wisconsin, Chase is our youngest member joining the Miramar 76 team in 2007. Chase works in all
areas of our business. He plans on attending college and pursuing a career in the automotive industry. |

Scott Strong,
ASE Master Technician/State of California License Smog Technician
Born in raised in San Diego where he attended San Diego City College for 4 years in Automotive Technology. Scott
has worked in the automotive industry since 1980 and joined the Miramar 76 team in 1998. Scott specializes in drivability
diagnostics, check engine lights, tune-up and emissions.

Joseph Oziah (A.K.A OZ)
ASE Technician/Undercar specialist
OZ was born and raised in San Diego, where
he attended Cuyumaca College for 4 years in automotive technology. OZ joined the Miramar 76 team in 2001 and specializes
in drive train, suspension, wheel alignments, brakes, and heating & conditioning.

Shawn McDowell,
Service Advisor
Our service advisor, Shawn McDowell, is the newest member of the Miramar 76 Service Center team. Shawn is originally
from the Chicago area where he attended Triton Junior College and is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
He feels a close connection with other military personnel, both past and present. Shawn has been on the customer
service side of the automotive repair business for over twenty years and is thrilled to be a part of the Miramar
team. "I've been in this business for quite a while now, and worked with many different auto technicians, but I
can honestly say that without a doubt, this group of technicians are the very best I've had the pleasure to work
with. These fellows are the "Top Guns" in the business. Shawn realizes that getting your car serviced or having
to do unexpected repairs is not something that most people look forward to; Shawn will do everything possible to
make the experience at Miramar 76 go as smooth as possible. I believe that our customers deserve nothing less
than excellent service, and I guarantee that is what each and every person who walks through our doors will receive.
